This project involved renovating a three-story, 22,000-square-foot Audi sales facility with an inventory parking structure. Our team analyzed and redesigned the existing HVAC and plumbing systems, upgraded the electrical service with provisions for portable generator backup, and designed new lighting and control systems, including custom lighting for a photo booth area. We coordinated closely with the owner’s design standards and Audi’s guidelines to ensure compliance. The project commenced in 2015 and was completed in 2018.
